One of the things that I love about having my own business is deciding what I get to do. I really enjoy hearing about custom projects---sometimes a customer has an idea that I would've never imagined. Luckily last year, I had a customer asking if I taught Zoom collage classes. And, I had a blog reader who found me because of Jon and the cards I've made for the Army of Good ask me to make these dog cards. She wanted to thank the volunteers of a senior dog rescue organization. I asked her to send me pictures of the dogs, and I did my best to capture their endearing personalities in collage. It was incredibly fun, and my daughter and I got a good laugh at how sweet and individual each one of the dogs' portraits turned out.
