Maple Olive Oil Granola


This is my famous granola, made with local maple syrup (from Dick and Cathy at Running Brook Sugar Shack) and extra virgin olive oil. The mix of oats, seeds, and nuts isn't too sweet and provides the perfect complement to a bowl of yogurt or cereal. It's also highly snackable on its own! An approximate half pound comes packaged in a compostable bag. It has a shelf life of a couple of months stored at cool room temperature.
