Anise and Almond Biscotti


These biscotti are the perfect texture, dippable but still tender. I use roasted almonds and crushed aniseed, paired with extra virgin olive oil, to flavor these cookies. They come packaged in compostable bags, 4 biscotti per order. Just enough to get you through a rough afternoon, or if you're feeling generous, maybe a couple of days!
